After confirming availability, we qualified the inquiry and learned that they are working with a wedding planner, Jessica from Mammas Secret, are expecting around 60 guests, and are looking for full-day coverage. We shared our pricing (starting from \u20ac3,500), along with our welcome guide and several full wedding galleries. The couple responded very positively, saying they loved our work, and then forwarded everything to their planner for further review.\n\nFollowing this, the planner took over the communication and evaluation process. She confirmed that, among all options considered, we were their preferred choice, although she mentioned that our pricing was slightly higher than other photographers. After a call with her, we agreed on a final package of 10 hours of wedding coverage for \u20ac3,500 with two photographers (Vadym and Liana). Instead of the engagement session, we agreed to include 2 hours of coverage of the welcome\/pre-wedding party the day before, with one photographer, and the option to include a short couple session of around 20\u201330 minutes during that time.\n\nWe also shared a sneak peek example (Emma & Josh), and the planner responded positively and proceeded forward. At this stage, she has sent the full couple details required for the contract and asked us to prepare it so the couple can proceed with signing and deposit payment, as well as to share a signed copy with her. The project is now in the final stage, effectively confirmed pending contract signing and deposit. Communication is primarily through the planner, who plays a key role in decision-making, so it is important to keep communication clear, confident, and efficient.
