Booking widget
If your site has the booking system turned on, your bio page can carry a booking widget: clients pick one of the services you’ve configured, see your weekly availability, and reserve a session or consultation directly — no back-and-forth email needed. Each completed booking becomes an appointment with a status (pending, confirmed, canceled, completed, no-show, or waitlisted), the service, the date/time, price, and location.
You configure the bookable services and your weekly availability hours yourself; the widget only offers what you’ve set up.
What Lio can do: read back what’s been booked through the widget — “do I have any appointments this week”, “who’s booked for Saturday”, “what’s pending confirmation” — as part of a broader schedule question, alongside your project shoots and Google Calendar. Ask specifically about bookable services or hours and Lio will include those too.
Booking is an optional feature — if it’s not part of your current setup, Lio will say so plainly rather than showing empty results, and can point you to support if you’d like it enabled. Lio doesn’t confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments on your behalf today; manage those from the booking screen in the app.
