Calendar and appointments
Portfelio pulls your schedule from up to three places. Booked project events are the shoots on your projects — these are always part of your schedule. Appointments come from the booking system if you have it turned on: sessions and consultations clients book against the services and availability hours you’ve configured. And your connected Google Calendar shows meetings and events you manage outside Portfelio, once you link it under MyBiz Settings → Integrations.
What Lio can do: pull all of this together into one answer. Ask “what’s on my schedule this week”, “what’s coming up”, “am I free Tuesday”, or “who’s booked tomorrow” and Lio combines shoots, appointments (on sites with booking enabled), and calendar events into one rundown, soonest first. Ask specifically about “appointments” to see bookable services and weekly availability hours too.
To actually schedule something new — a call, a consultation, a follow-up meeting — ask Lio to “schedule a meeting” or “set up a call” and it’ll create a real Google Calendar event (with a Meet link if it’s a video call) once your calendar is connected. If Google Calendar isn’t connected yet, Lio will tell you and point you to MyBiz Settings → Integrations rather than guessing at your availability.
