Galleries

A gallery is how you deliver finished photos to a client — a private, branded page on your own domain with a cover image, the photo count, and a flag for whether it’s the final delivery or a preview/sneak-peek set. A project can have more than one gallery attached (an engagement session and the wedding day, for instance), each with its own link you can send the client directly.

Galleries live under the project’s detail view, alongside contracts, invoices, and prep.

What Lio can do: list the galleries attached to a project and their basic details — cover, photo count, delivery status, public link. Ask “show me the galleries for the Marchetti wedding”, “how many galleries does this project have”, “what’s in their gallery”, or “send me the gallery link.” Lio surfaces the link so you can share it with the client from the chat.

Lio reads gallery metadata only — it doesn’t upload, reorder, or edit the photos inside a gallery. Do that from the gallery editor in the app, where you manage the actual images.
