Prep checklists

A prep checklist is a pre-shoot preparation card attached to a project — a plain to-do list (pack the second body, confirm parking, buy sunscreen) plus an optional travel block for jobs that take you somewhere: flights, accommodation, and local transport, all in one place.

Prep checklists are drafted by Lio and then live on the project for you to check off as you go, right alongside the contract, invoice, and other project details.

What Lio can do: draft a checklist from scratch tailored to the project — it reads the project details, contract, and invoice to figure out what’s actually relevant, and includes a travel block automatically when the job requires you to travel. Just ask: “build me a prep for the Lisbon shoot”, “what should I prepare for this one?” From there, edit it in plain language — “add buy sunscreen”, “mark the camera battery item done”, “remove the parking note”, “update the travel block, flight’s changed to the 14th.” Lio matches what you say (“the pillow one”, “item 3”) to the right item on the saved list.
