Portfelio is an all-in-one business app for photographers. It runs on mobile and gives you everything you need to take a client from first inquiry to delivered photos: a public portfolio + bio page at your own handle, a project for each client and shoot, contracts and invoices with online payment, prep checklists for the shoot day, galleries to deliver photos, and Lio — an AI assistant that helps with the busy work.
A typical first session: set your business name and currency in MyBiz Settings, claim your bio handle and pick a template, create your first project for an upcoming shoot, then explore the rest from there. You do not have to set everything up at once — Portfelio works with whatever you have filled in. Currently focused on photographers, with default fields for shoots, coverage hours, and delivery deadlines.
