In the mobile app go to the Projects tab and tap the plus button. A project represents one client and one shoot. Fill in the client name, then add the fields you care about — service type, price, notes are visible by default. You can add optional fields like project date, location, deposit, delivery deadline, coverage hours, travel fee, and the client’s Instagram, Telegram, or WhatsApp by tapping the plus chips. Status starts as New Lead and moves to Booked, Completed, Archived as you work.
The fastest way is to ask Lio: “New wedding project for Marta Garcia, June 12, Barcelona, 2400 euros, 8 hour coverage.” Lio fills in what you provide and stops there — it does not invent values. Once a project exists, you attach a contract, an invoice, a questionnaire, a prep checklist, and galleries to it.
